Neelum Valley visit :: Suggestions

We are 4 people. Want to visit neelum valley around 20th of this month on Cultus.
Please tell us if these days are ok?
Weather conditions and places to visit in 3 days starting from Islamabad.
Road conditions for drive.
Also about the estimated budget.

Weather will be harsh now a days especially during nights. In addition to this, you will find the whole Neelum vallley a Brown one due to Autumn colors.
Cultus is quite ok till Keran and further to ahead it depends on your concern with the vehicle. You can go till Kel on this vehicle.
Budget depends on you. Generally the cost is much low as compare to Murree/Naran/Kalam side.

in three dayz u can reach easily till kutton and Keran on ur own car..... from islamabad 3 dinu may yehi ho ga coz 7 hrs drive ha kutton tak.. so 1 day is for traveling.... one nite stay in kuton and next day visit jagran and return to keran nite stay.. then next day return....

I visited Muzaffarabad, Kutton, Neelum, Upper Neelum, Keran, Sharda, Kel etc this year June. Trust me it was my biggest mistake to plan a visit for it. I hardly spent 2 days & 2 nights at AJK and rush to Naran to actually enjoy my vacations.
No electricity, no mobile.network, no clear water, no basic necessities, no good roads network, hours of tiring drive to reach to any other spot.
The only attraction people feel to visit Kashmir is to see indian occupied part of it, & you cant see even a 'bakri ka bacha' on the other side.
Your cost will be for fuel only, rooms and food is very cheap there. You can have a room as low as Rs. 2000 at Upper Neelum.
If you wish to stay at Sharda one night then you have to make an advance booking from Muzaffarabad. No light at Sharda also & only black water comes out of taps

Brother afraz these are my pics of sharda and upper neelum, greenish clean water, green meadows, beautiful place,no need 4 advance bookin, easily avalable room at 1200-1500,Must visit place neelum valley, and there is electricity there, they have their own power houses and turbines, just they had no fans bcz fans arent needed there.
