It has happened twice this year alone.
I am putting groceries in my car trunk and shut the trunk and leave the keys inside.
I hate it when you have to call jugaaru lock master and he ruins your car doors with his SOP's straight out of Car Thiefs Handbook.
So i made a few spare keys and looked into a few more options.
- Magnetic KeyBox
- Zip tying it somewhere below the car
- Giving one to a freind or a neighbour
But none of these are as stealth as this screw I made out of delrin (Teflon) And It threads into the front tow-hook that is present in almost every car.
The cavity is 4"long and 1/2" in dia.
It can be installed and removed with a standard 3/4" Honda Lug Nut wrench or a 19mm Socket Wrench
