Never use shell engine oil in cultus

I was using zic x7 ( zic plus) in my efi cultus . yesterday I switched to shell helix h x5 10w /40, and the car started heating over 120 km/h speed. I will have to drain this out . and will shift to zic x7 ( zic plus) back . really annoyed

I bought it from shell petrol pump , on peco road , near turn to the link road ! I think shell petrol pump is supposed to keep the genuine engine oil .

Bro I think AAP k Sath koi hand ho gya Hai, otherwise, brands switch karnay sey aesa hota nai Hai, as far as API rating and Synthetic / Semi Synthetic nature of the oil is concerned.

As per http://zicoil.pk/product/zic-x7-10w-40-vhvi-tech/ , it is fully Synthetic Engine Oil with API SN rating (as per picture), however, some experts say that API SN is not suitable for Cultus (Pata nai ub ye Kya maajra Hai? Since AAP yei oil use Kar rahay thay, API SN and Fully Synthetic and was working fine with Cultus).

Please recheck regarding API rating and Synthetic / Semi Synthetic nature of 10w-40.

Agar aapnay switch karna hi Hai then Liqui Moly, Mobil, Caltex Chevron and Eneos are also Excellent Options.

You can buy oils from mega stores like Metro, Hyperstar, etc. or directly from their depots / dealers. Their details are available on their official websites. If not possible, then buy from that shop which has good repute and large customer base, and people trust it.

There can't be such a drastic difference unless the oil is fake. I have been using Shell Heliz with good results in my different cars (different viscosities).

bhai - jab saray petrol pumps Petrol/CNG/Diesel me chori karte hain - 100 k bajaey 50 ka daal kar dete hain tou how do you expect k oil 100% sahi hoga? saray petrol pumps franchised hotay hain - bohat kamm he company owned hotay hain jo 100% genuine cheez rakhte hain.. aur brand change krne se koi aisa farq nahi parta k aap ki car 'rocket' bann jaey ya 'khota' bann jaey aik dum se,,

Changing your oil brand (including viscosity) would never cause such an issue, rather you may notice slight smoke, engine sound change and a slight increase/decrease in fuel average.
