New 1000cc car for Family in Pakistan

Hi - I am Overseas Pakistani looking to buy a 1000cc car for my Mother in Pakistan using the Roshan Apni car scheme.

We are looking to go for Picanto given that my family liked the build quality and the shape in general, but every dealership is asking for 1 lakh 60 thousand ON money on car or requesting to wait till January if we want to Book.

I do not want to pay 5-6% ON on a car since it is ridiculous. Does any one has any advice? I heard that if you apply through the Overseas Roshan Apni car scheme, car manufactures have promised to deliver the car on priority (Half the normal time). Any one has any experience with it?

I would be super thankful for advice here since I am out of touch from the local car market for 10-12 years now

Try it via RD Apni Car scheme ask them the delivery time for Picanto, If they can really delivery it in half time, means by Oct-Nov
