New Alsvin Lumiere vs Used City 1.5 Aspire 2022

Hi there, I am upgrading from Cultus to Sedan. In my budget there are two options.
Brand New Alsvin Lumiere with extensive Warranty and used Honda City Aspire 1.5.
Price of these cars is almost same. Used City is a bit expensive too.
But I want to keep this car for long term and family use. Resale is also a big factor for me. So which one is better.

City would give you a better resale. If you said that resale was not your top priority I would have said Alsvin.

if you are really inclined towards Alsvin, buy a used one at dead bottom price (due to poor resale) and save good amount of money.
