My friend recently bought a bike honda 125 and I am helping him getting it registered. I will share my experience here to help others.
We bought the bike from Honda GT Peshawar Road Rawalpindi in 129900 on 10-10-2020. Temporary invoice was given at the time of purchase and original documents was recieved after 3days. Showroom will give you 2 documents one is SALE INVOICE and other is SALE CERTIFICATE. Make sure Date field is blank on both documents so that you can fill it before submitting your documents in excise office. There is a fine on per day basis after 14 days I guess (not confirmed).
First step is to book an online appointment for registration process. I am sharing the link here https://appointment-excise.punjab.gov.pk/. You have to select district, center and service. In this case I selected Motor Vehicle(New Registration). I booked the appointment on 13th oct and first available slot was on 26oct so you can imagine why it is necessary to have blank field on sales invoice and certificate.
Once you appointment is booked you have to ready your file with foolowing documents.
1- Original Sales Invoice
2- Original Sales Certificate
3- Copy of NIC
4- Form F (http://www.excise-punjab.gov.pk/downloads)
Now I am waiting for my appointment, I will update this thread afterwards InshaALLAH. If anyone needs help on how to fill Form F then reply to this thread.
