New Bike Registration tax Refund

I am going to register a new bought bike Honda 125 and waiting for number plate . They deducted the tax etc. I am a filer and a govt. employee.
1). Is this tax claimable/refundable?
2). Should i submit the payment receipt or any other form for refund?

Income tax is not charged on bike..onky professional is charged.. which cannot be claimed

I'm pointing to the registration fee incurred first time on a new bike registration i.e. Rs. 1195 here. It is re-reimbursed on Car etc purchase.

Bro if you have been charged with some sort of income tax, advance tax, withholding tax, token tax, then such taxes can be adjusted / reimbursed, otherwise, registration fees can not be adjusted / reimbursed.

Btw, mind sharing bifurcation of total registration charges?

Life time token..............Rs. 1500

I always adjust token tax for my car every year, so if in case of cars it is adjustable, then for sure, it will also be adjustable in case of bikes.

U can only adjust fhe income tax portion of total value..in case of bike there is just no refund.

Bro what's the current method of bike registration. The required documents that i need would be
- original invoice
- original vehicle certificate
- copy of national ID
- Form F

Anything else?
Any attestation required?
