New BMW on fire on Motorway M2

A new model of BMW sedan found having a fire burning it all resulting in total loss of the car. At this point it is hard to say that any passenger survived or not. Location is motorway M2.

Rumor tells the driver was driving it insane might have caused a fire in engine or something again not sure.

p.s flooring german cars doesnt mean it would burn . i kept a 5 series 200 / 200km/hr plus through out on motorway late night

I own a an X5 driven it at 180kmph to 210kmph no troubles but there are different variables which might have caused a fire, a shortcircuit a not well radiator or anything.

it was a big fire with lots of weird smell of gasoline, rubber, leather and metal.

Most probably a used import from UK. Anything is possible in a used car. Though I would be shocked if it was a new BMW.

+1 used cars need to be examined before been driven and taken to highways. Generally German cars are hardcore I'd say that. Owner of one German car, it reciprocates your feelings properly with acceleration and braking. Take care of her she takes care of you.
