I have read discussions about alsvin gear issues and paint quality issues till 2023 model, what if i buy manual 1.3 alsvin, is it then a suitable option considering its price, please suggest

Rather than going for a used Corolla or civic or even city, or selecting a hatch back like cultus or used swift, is alsvin manual a better choice
