New Cultus .A Tale of disappointment

Hey pakwheelers.i want to share my nightmarish kind of experience with new cultus.I previously have multiple times talked about this issue in the past on this very forum,but this time i thought to create a whole new thread on that.
I bought new cultus on march 2018 from zeeshan motors Hyderabad.Delivery was unexpectedly on time.Initially the experience was ok.Drive suspension Ac were looking pretty good.But within few months i started to have issue in its suspension which most of the new cultus owners are complaining about nowadays.even though i drive very gently on rough patches.my ears slowly got used to it and i said let it go.Then in the month of may Ac stopped cooling at all.went to zeeshan motors to sort out issue.i knew gas has leaked from somewhere.after checking the ac unit fr 6 hours they said tht they have found NO LEAKAGE AT ALL,and i was surprise to hear that.they recharged the gas and said all is well now.then exactly after 3 months in the month of September ac stopped cooling at all.i again repeated the drill.went to stealership and asked them to find out what the real issue is and again after 6 hours they came to conclusion tht THEY HAVE FOUND NO LEAKAGE AT ALL.and i was like mind blown.then they said heater seals might b at fault so they have changed it and recharged the gas.After my Ac issue i researched about this issue on this forum and came to know tht most of owners were facing tht issue in all 3 variants vxr vxl and ags.after they recharged gas in September ac stopped cooling exactly after 3 months in november.but winters arrived and didnt go to stealership.now i visited them in on 28th of march fr asked them to either replace the whole ac unit or take back the car.they again wasted my 6 hours and came to conclusion tht outer area of Ac is ok now they think inner coil might b at fault.unfortunately it was thursday and friday is off and to check inner coil they need to remove whole dash board which is sensitive hectic and time consuming job.and once they open the dashboard it cant b perfectly fixed.either it will rattle or some switches wont work etc etc.Now they have asked me to them on saturday.First of all After sales service is beyond pathetic.quality has gone down the drain.prices have sky rocketted.I regret my desicion of chosing this pathetic car of pathetic company.Overall attitude is extremely disappointing by stealership.This car has multiple issues and i urge potential buyers to avoid this car.until and unless company resolves all the issues which i highly doubt the company would do.we are office going guys we cant waste our days on stealerships and irony is tht we bought a ZERO METER CAR which shouldn't have problems fr atleast 3 years. Extremely disappointed with this car.

This is very bad. After spending so much of your hard-earned money this is what you are getting, can you somehow file a complaint against them in consumer court?

Currently I am Driving A Wagon R JDM and Planning to Buy Cultus VXL or AGS But Everytime I Come To This Section I Feel Fear of Losing My Money.

Even if i try to drag them to consumer courts .ill ending up to be on losing side against this giant.unfortunately theres no such thing as consumers rights in pakistan.even u would have heard so many complaints againts suzuki teen dabba cars but have u ever heard anyone dragging them to consumer courts.we r on mercy of this automobile Mafia.

Just hold ur desicion till suzuki rectify issues in cultus.right now paksuzuki thinks tht cultus is a problem free car

Yaar i have gotten used to it.its like a secondary issue to me

my complains
first, doors issue, dealership claims that's a vacuum but that's something else
still not resolved
and some are facing it in in the left front door like me, some in all
and general noisy tyres, I believe that's actually an issue, PS should charge bit more but at least should offer dunlop in cultus
I can tackle with II, but not I, so if pak suzuki offers some solution I will be happy
and regarding ac, it has been 1.5 years, ac is still chilling

be ready for 2 issues, 1st that suspension noise, and 2nd door, one door at least doesn't close softly
regarding tyres, either use general or get dunlop or yokohama as u wish
otherwise I don't think you will face any other issue in case of vxl or ags

Yaar yeh saare issues abhi bhi meri gari main mojood hain.but like a dheet pakistani i have made my ears and mind get used to it.doors ka issue first day se hai.tyre noise maine doosre week main notice ki.aur suspension wali noise day by day increase hoti gai.i have gotten used to these things

except kisi kisi ka nai h, ya kuch ki new h
once you buy, then you get used to these issues, then happy driving

Atleast we all should fill their portal with complaints so that they know what are we going throught in fact after spending hard earned money .

When people Usually ask about recommendations in hatchback category; 1000-1300 cc, I strongly recommend them Cultus AGS, used JDM Vitz, Passo / Boon, and occasionally FAW V2.

Used JDM imports have almost seized, and in locally assembled PKDM cars, like Cultus / Celerio and FAW V2, people are facing issues! Which car to recommend?

atleast cultus is a proper car/ hatchback..
