New Cultus Auto gear shift technology question

aoa friends , i have a question ....many people who have driven big automatic cars like honda and corolla cars , when they drive cultus AGS they get confused and say they find it difficult to drive

Is it correct ? What do you think

Also it is said that when car shifts gears the passengers feel a slight jerk, which feels very un comfortable , is it correct

In new CVT cars no jerk is felt. That may b the reason

AGS is manual transmission under the under so there is a slight lag during gear shift.
Lag can be reduced to nothing and one get maximum manual like pick with some technique and understanding when gear shifts
