It is quite saddening to see that after paying a hefty price for a small car, you still end up facing hassles. I found below issues in my new car.
- Left side passenger seat door does not close completely from the lower side. The lower part of the door is protruding outwards and can be noticed upon observation.
- The sealant on the engine beneath the bonnet has started to come off already. I spoke to the guys at showroom they say that it's normal.
- One screw is weirdly missing under the bonnet.
- I saw visible stains on bonnet
- I saw visible stains on side finder above the right wheel.
As for point 4 & 5: I spoke with the showroom people they have waxed polished the stains; however, suggested that if it re-appears they would suggest showering that portion. I find that absurd and will not progress further.
As for point 2&3: I spoke with the showroom folks and they replied to me that it is normal and nothing serious. Quite strange how they deal with customers.
As for point 1: I noticed this today, also I found the same issue in another friend's car. Probably a manufacturing issue. Will try to get in touch with showroom people but I doubt if that would be helpful.
Last but not the least, please be careful when you pay FED, showroom folks usually charge you more than what they give to government. I paid around 39K for FED, but when I got the invoice it mentioned 33K. I raised this issue with GM Showroom as well as paksuzuki but they don't seem to feel it as an issue. My biggest concern is that I have been charged 6K more which apparently would go into showroom's or pak suzuki's pockets and not Governments's. Alas.
If any one have any suggestion or face similar issues, please let me know.
