I bought mehran 4 months back. I am facing the same issue. I guess there is no solution to it for now. Or it can be said that the Pro's are not looking into mehran or else they would have suggested something good.

Update!!
Today i did same alternation in vacum pipes as done by another member also took reefernce from cultus efi which also have same circuit of vacuum pipes.. so far so good.. drive car in hot day with ac.. let c in coming days

can you check and observe if its related to temperature of the car. do verify that at the time of jerks the temperature needle is in the middle.

Bro .. this is not temperature related. this also happens on night when temp needle is just near c mark., its actually vacuum related ..
i observed it from all aspects.. but mostly after a long run or drive in traffic jams ..

yar kese thek hua masla ...mujhay bhi guide kerdo...mere saath ik aur masla hai chalti hoi gari ka accelrator choro tu gari ka rpm gir jata hai...phir 3 4 second ke baad khud hi rpm thora tez ho jata hai

rpm drop is due to vapor lock in fuel tank..mery sath b tha... but ab bilkul theek hy gari...

In cultus both vacuum pipes enter directly into intake manifold. But in Mehran the pipe coming from purge solenoid entering into intake manifold should fix the problem.
Average should remain unaffected.
