New EFI Mehran Missing Problem

After rigorous thought process and after getting several jerks from mehran, I finally decided and done the pipe changing thing and after that which I noted:

Car started dropping water from silencer which I expected but never found in my mehran.
Jerks in low gear on AC have stopped,
I had got my fuel tank fill upto full to check the average and so far done more than 100 ksm after that. Final mileage upon emptying the tank
Pickup seems much better
The black carbon in the silencer vanished

But the noise of the engine seems little different when I turn ac on and hear the silencer burburing .....like sound …let see

I am facing a issue with my EFI mehran. The fuel guage is not showing the correct fuel measurement. Even on full it the guage goes to half. I even changed the guage but it did not work, what could be the issue.

ihave mehran 2012 efi model it has an issue of Jhatka ( when during drive remove foot from accelerator car slow down with jhatka and when accelerator up pickup with jhatka again.

Your fule sensor inside the fuel tank is malfunctioning... open fuel tank and you,ll see fuel pump and sensor mounting inside fuel tank. one part with a wire connected is fuel sensor..open it with screw driver and check whether its ok or not.. better to show it to some expert who can check it.mm it works like water level guage inside our houses..

ihave mehran 2012 efi model it has an issue of Jhatka ( when during drive remove foot from accelerator car slow down with jhatka and when accelerator up pickup with jhatka again.

The Jhatka on first and second gear is normal when you release accelerator without pressing clutch.

To all people seeking help for tgis problem... Just block the pipe from purge valve to manifold, i did so by blocking it with a metallic bearing ball... All issue will settle.. Its the easiest n simplest way to resolve the issue..

you will damage your tank for sure. Purge valve sucks excessive fuel vapors from tank caused by heated petrol. While car is running petrol gets hot and starts turning into vapors. These must be sucked out of tank otherwise tank will start leaking.

I am sure the proper method explained in this thread is not a rocket science that people can not understand. You just need to change the location of two pipes.

If Suzuki is still manufacturing Mehran with same problem in 2018 and even after raising its price too much then "lukh di lanat in ki lalchi management par".

Dear the method i mentioned was done by suzuki mini motors... But car pickup was reduced and average was good... I kept it running fr 2 years... Now i have inverted the pipes as suggested in thread...car pick is good... But idle rpm a bit higher... And nw i m keeping check on average... Lets see what happens

And regarding tank damage... Even if u block the purge valve... The vapours get escape from outlet of charcoal canister..

Charcoal pieces fall continuously from my cars charcoal canister... Does that mean its worn out ??

due to the pressure building up in fuel system which is not getting sucked by purge valve. That Suzuki Mini motor guy who did this deserves an Idiocracy award. In fact, whole management of Suzuki deserves one.

They dont even know how to adjust valve lash by aligning crankshaft pully V dot with 0 timing mark.
