New EFI Mehran Missing Problem

Bro i detached the cannister .. And with every slight shake charcoal pieces come out...

good job. your entire fuel system is messed up now. I am suspecting those purge valve pipes must also be left open and sucking all the dust in air into intake manifold and then into combustion chambers. Or did you bypass canister and connected valve directly to metal pipe coming from tank?

Better fix your fuel system and change that canister because it is damaged.

I didnt remove anything.. Just canister utara aur dobara laga dya... Just observed k utarnay k bad us main se charcoal pieces bahir nikal rahay ..like black powder..

While going through this thread, it seems Mehran EURO II variants have this default problem of "jerks in low gear" and till to-date, NO official fix is available from 3S dealers as well.....is this issue particular to certain year models or it is common in all productions of the car till now? Can someone clearly confirm, so a prospect buyer would rather stay away from Mehran Euro II.

I am suspecting it is also in 2018 model because Suzuki has hired some retard Engineers who are unable to fix this basic problem while typical users like us have done a jugaar to fix this.

it usually does not appear in winter season. but you will face it during hot summer days if previous owner didn't do some jugaar and it's all stock.

It won't appear by driving for just 1 or 2 km. It appears when tank gets pressurized especially during hot summer days while stuck in traffic

Was studying again about modification.... We basically attached the fuel pressure regulator to mannifold port for purge valve and purge valve to mannifold port of fuel pressure regulator.... One port has more suction tan the other.... Is say kahin fuel presure regulator na kharab ho jay??

So the average per liter is just the same?

And yes this is the best fix so far. Shame Shame on Suzuki Pakistan who couldn't do this.

i went 140 after this.. .this has nothing to do with so called top speed of mehran... tune your car if its not going up high .. dirty air filter, old engine oil, bad suspension, low air pressure , high ambient temperature and many other factor can also cause this issue..
