New EFI Mehran Missing Problem

and if you know fuel vapors can catch fire too?? last month i met a mehran owner whose mehran caught fire and burnt to ashes ... He said fire started from charcoal canister side.. be Safe..
One Suzuki guy suggested me this Jugar .. never went there dealership again

mine is just 1700 km driven and facing the same issue

So even today Suzuki PK is manufacturing Mehran with same defect. And when I say Suzuki has got retarded engineers working in R&D then people get angry.

Bro today was 42 degrees in lahore and my car again started jerking even after exchanging the pipes as suggested in previous posts... Now what?? But with blocking the purge valve pipe, it never used to jerk ..

Mostly face this problem in summer when heat is on peak today at around 1 pm I started my car after 10 to 11 km missing starts on ac also feel jerks in 3rd gear speed above 50 km but in 3rd gear jerks are not hard as compared to 2nd gear.

Guys I once faced this jerk issue while driving on motorway with AC, I didn't change any pipes or anything, I just dont fully tight the fuel cap and after that there is no issue what so ever. I have a 2017 Mehran VXR, just loose your fuel cap so that there is No or close to No pressure in the fuel tank and then there will be no issue. At least thats what worked for me.

Did you change the vacuum canister or still using the old one which is throwing charcoal?

That old one still...and also i checked on another mehran that too leaked charcoal on shaking the canister... Today i m doing a new experiment... I blocked the pipe of vapours coming from fuel tank... Lets see hw it goes

But bro the petrol will vaporise to environment slowly through that cap , whether u drive ur car or not... What u say??

this is strange .. i had no issue after changing pipes and my daily traveling is more than 80 kms with Ac full time..

No bro it doesn't, I close the fuel cap, I just dont totally tight it till the end, just close it 1/4 or 1/2 so that pressure can escape through it when it builds up in the fuel tank. This jerk issue only happens when there is excess pressure in the fuel tank and dont worry petrol doesn't evaporate like that it will only evaporate if you dont close the fuel cap at all.

The problem is the fumes of petrol are not getting sucked by throttle. You should check your charcoal canister. May be it is choked or something.

Bro its nt choked... I can blow air easily through it... So ...from my side ..ULTIMATE SOLUTION is to block the pipe from purge valve to intake mannifold by inserting a ball bearing or similar thing into the rubber pipe...
