Revo being sold in other countries have 2.8 front mounted intercooler, I wonder if Indus plays the Corolla style hierarchy,, same shell different engines and prices rather than Vigo champ's G, V, GV emblem ****.

We can pray for that in Revo but there is a good potential for that engine in Fortuner.

the 2.7 vvti in current fortuner is pathetic no power at all powerless I drove a cuz brand new 50+ soo called TRD model the drive is sooo jumpy that it will help digest your food!!!!

We hope Indus launches the revo with the 2800 cc new engine like every one else but seeing the current indus vigo champ expect the 2.4 or 2.5 under powered but hope is that those rims are saying maybe its a 1KD I can live with that but looks can be deceiving!!!Fingured crossed regarding better built quality though least expected from Indus Toyota!!

lets hope shes around 42 lakh or less will bring down prices of at least imported vigos down!!!!

you are right 2GD doesnt come in top mount intercooler, if u check the UK or Thai website the intercooler on 1GD/2GD is front mount intercooler....its been confirm Indus motor is using 2kd 2.5 d4d with top mount intercooler

I don't think toyota will de badge hilux.. its a new shape called "Shark hilux" here in saudi Arabia. Its indeed 2016-2017 model and doesn't have intercooler atleast in middle East it doesn't. I'm using it for past 7 months or so.. nd trust me when i say. I'm satisfied with pick-up and power although its 2700cc.

in Saudi its mostly "petrol" 2700cc vvti which doesnt come with turbo and intercooler......in Pakistan we get d4d "diesel" turbo engine that why it need intercooler to lower the IAT for diesel engine. De-badge hilux mean hiding the car logo like to camouflaged not to rename the hilux, it will be call Hilux Revo over here
