Most probably its running rich but the shitty quality that honda gives these days, it might be something else so i suggest go to the dealer you bought from and tell him to either resolve it to your satisfaction or start making a scene there and than and dont stop until it is resolved. If the dealer says leave the bike tell him to F off and no you wont do that. If its an ordinary fault which i think it is he will fix it there and than. If its a major fault like head fault he will tell you to leave it which you should not considering you just bought the motorcycle.
PS you can check at your end as well, take out the spark plug and see the color, if its ruiing rich, the plug should be black but dry if eating oil than you will find plug to have some oil on it which is causing the smoke.
