Assalam o Alykum everyoneI purchased a new Honda city Prosmatic 1.3 last month, and now its Door Protectors/ Side Moldings are slightly coming off from both sides and both ends. Picture is attached. What should I do now? My free service from Honda Center is due on 15th April, should I wait till then or is there anything else I can do?Is this a common problem in new Honda city or only I'm facing this sort of issue?Please help me out with your kind words.
Bro u need to talk to dealership.. this must not happen in a new car...however ensure that u keep an eye how they fix it.. don't let them use elfy etc...trust me to make a customer leaves..they can go to any level and can damage ur car paint forever. Play on front foot and don't let those idiots apply any immediate solution
Just a guess, maybe this door molding is now a localized part stuck with not so good double sided tape.
I think the only proper way to fix it would be to take it off, remove all the old tape and apply proper quality double sided tape like 3m.

Yes i have observed closely, it is applied with something like double tape. I will go to dealership for free service then i will talk to them about this l. But I'm not sure that warranty covers this or not!!?
Warranty should cover this...but u may need to talk in a different tone...u know our stealerships
Dealership of Honda is pathetic. They don't listen. I got it fixed and it happened again.
