New Honda City 2021 Steering Noise Issue

There is an issue in steering of new Honda City 2021. An irritating and rubbing noise comes out at a specific point during rotation of steering. I have been complaining to Honda dealership but as usual delaying tectics and no positive response.
Kindly highlight my problem and let me know where should I go or lodge this complaint.

I have the same issue. It’s usually comes on while i move steering on a standing car

Honda X Civic had a rattle noise when going over rough road surface.

same issue was in my honda city 2019 model and also in my civic x 2021 model
