New Honda City Low Mileage

I have bough a Honda City Aspire 2023 recently and it has around 500 mileage on it. It is giving me very low mileage. Right now the mileage is around 7.3 to 8 Km/Liter. My question is that is it normal with new car that they give low mileage or there is some problem in my car. All my driving is in Lahore city from cantt to gulberg and also i drive with a very light foot.

Received my Honda city Aspire cvt White yesterday, today morning i noticed white colour stains on driving side door window , what can be this attaching photo.

My honda city 1.2 cvt purchased june 2022 never gave more than 11 in the city and on route to swat it gave 14.

After 10,000 km it started giving 12 to 13 on extremely light foot.

BTW i sold it off due to the steering wheel which has started making noise and also slipped once.

I also own City Aspire CVT. I am getting 17~18 in Islamabad. I drive during off-peak hours with less traffic.
12~14 is common average in Islamabad.

This is not an issue. It's usually present on new vehicles because the company write with white marker on the windshield. It will fade away with time.

Oh, then you should have talked with your dealership and ask them to fix it under warranty

No the steering slipped and also caused my heart to go cold. But after that slipping I stopped the car and switched off. Then after about 40 seconds restarted the car and it was fine.

So I am not ready to take such risks.
