Need a solution, i want to install an upgraded car horn (image attached) in my Elantra, without breaking the warranty.

Local mechanic said it cant be done without cutting the wire and doing that will void the warranty.

Unfortunately but you have to live with that....if company wants to deny any warranty then cutting of wires is best case.
Incorrect.
Disconnect the old horn wires from the terminals. Make a new cable from those terminals to the new horn. Easily reversible, and no wires need cutting.
Just find a friend with a credit card, make payment and buy this This is the the the best option and plug and play
