Just an update to this thread and ownership of the Rotary.
Unfortunately... the engine has finally blown in spectacular style earlier this year.
I had to venture far out into the forrest into a place called Kharia near Sialkot. Needed some fuel and assumed the Army controlled area would have some decent stuff.
Even the lightest load cause awful knocking in the engine. Ever since then things detoriated very quickly until another extremely poor batch of so called high octane fuel from DHA finally killed it.
The good news is, rebuilding one of these is a walk in the park having rebuilt the BMW S62's and S54 engines which required far far more work. This is just seals, correct torque settings and tightening procedures.
Will need a new rotor housing and a one new rotor and will probably bridge port it too.
From what I can see, fuel is of much better quality now here so shouldn't have too much of an issue.
Will also be developing a new set of tubular headers and exhaust + an intake system.
I will be importing another engine too and building a proper FI setup with low compression.
The only reason those are not working and are mostly very slow on the road is because of the inability of most tuners to be able to map them properly.
