@waleed80 & f430, jst came home checking Baleno. its RPM locked at exactly 100km/h at about 7000 RPM. mayb alil more speed could be attained. but il have to check it on a empty road some day.

You Were On CNG Or Petrol? On CNG, The Car's Fuel System Is Turned Off Therefore The Car Can Rev Upto The Least Digit In Redline. On Petrol, The Fuel Cuts Out As It Enters Redline.

@f430, ya it was on petrol, i made sure. thats y also mentioned 7000RPM, 8000 is the limit.

and BTW in Liana RPM locks on CNG as well

I Guess Due To 16 Valve Engine, Its RPM Is Allowed Till 7000 Revvs. In City, There Are 8 Valves So Its RPM Locks On 6500 Revvs. Still Not A Big Difference But DOHC Rocks (Y)

i used these NGK platinum tip plugs in my santro club......ran good for a week but then the engine started to backfire....so had to change back to normal plugs.....didnt know y that happenend

its BEEN a week, and the car is goin wonderfully well mashallah. its fuel economy has increased. presently, ma car has done 104 kms inside the cantt and i still got my 3 CNG lites on (earlier, around 85 km, only 2 lites wud remain on). so i presume that the average is gonna be much better. moreover, i wud be travelling by road to islamabad around 20th of this month . wud post the averages on highways too Inshallah on both Petrol and CNG
