I Got an old car, which has Karachi number plates, and was bought by my uncle many many years ago. Those plates Are complete useless, never been paid any token or anything because, he bought the car and left Pakistan, so the car has just been sitting since. It has been over 30 years. Now I have made the car start and so on now, and want to completely rebuild it, but I need new number plates. What do I do, where do I start? My uncle is no longer with us, so I want to put it in my fathers name who is my uncles younger brother.
