New number plates with smart card via DLS Portal

I have Suzuki Cultus 2020 model. I want to apply for new secure number plates & smart card registration, but via excise portal i can see they have option for issuing number plates, Does this includes SMART Card registration too in the same price?

Or does getting smart card have different issuance method?

Kindly suggest if someone have gone through the online issuance experience?
