70 series LC are built for tough duties and without a doubt they are much durable than more luxurious Prado or Cygnus etc. For example weight capacity written on back of Cygnus is 350 KG (even tough its 5 door full size topline SUV) whereas that on my ZX (BJ74) is 400KG. Toyota has rightly said about new 70 series "NEW -NOT SOFTER"

Used this Land Cruiser a lot. Its no doubt a strong and powerful one but only good for the front two passengers. Rear seats are too uncomfortable.Beside seats the ride is also jumpy.
