New rims on khyber

Aoa,my dad just bought a khyber and its rims are curved so my dad just changed the rims and installed 14 inches rims the stock ones were 12 inches rims so is it good for the suspension or not please leave a comment thx

Always stick to the OEM size rims regardless of the case.

The disadvantages in increasing the size of the rims in my opinion are as follows:

1. The suspension of the car will be badly affected in the long run even if the current condition of the car's suspension is good.

2. The fuel economy of the car will be badly affected overall.

3. The speed-o-meter reading will also get affected as it will not give you the correct speed of the car, for example, if your car is running at 60 km/h, it will show you around 80 km/h or 40 km/h.

4. The overall comfort of the car will also get affected in a way that you'll experience a bumpy ride.

These are some of the main disadvantages among others in my opinion. So, I suggest you stick to the OEM size rims and it will be beneficial for you in the long run.

You are right about certain things, but the speedometer error isn't as huge as you mentioned. If a car's original rim size is 175/65R13, you put on 175/65R15 and if you're speedo shows 100kph then the actual speed would be around 109kph. It will always be more, not less.

Maybe you're right, but what I meant to say was that there is some error in the speedometer, wasn't specific about the details though.
