Getting more or less the same inside city. I do watch cluster closely but most reliable way is to calculate it manually when you refill the full tank and divide the trip meter with number of ltre bought in full tank.

That way i am getting 19.7 with 100% ac inside islamabad driving.

Hi guys. I'm planning to lease the new Cultus. Still haven't decided which variant, depends on availability. Anyone here leased the car? Which bank do you recommend? And has anyone here dealt with Orix? They have a flexible paymemt options and lower rates and also ballon paymnet options etc. Also what is the own these days for each variant? Thanks.

atm no VXL available in market, You can only find on few showrooms in white colour if they have any and they are asking for 70 to 75K premium on both variant.
check with Dubai islamic bank and Bank Alfalah , previously i was looking for lease but i changed my mind and i am going to book VXL tomorrow INSHALLAH ..

Please stay away from car lease. Its the most foolish thing one can do to himself or herself.

Whatever you money have in hand use that to buy in your budget and chill.

I know leasing is a pain in the butt. I do have the money but can't spend it all at the moment for certain reasons. I plan to pay it all off within a year. If anyone can share their experience would be helpful.

The old cultus had old engine.current cultus has k-next engine, even more advanced than wagonR K10B.There was no power steering,power windows, ABS,painted alloys as swift,old cultus looked like margalla cut with knife from back, while it is a newer generation, it was 1988 shape and current is 2014 , there were no airbags and immobilizer and Fog lights .1 inch small tyres, (13, now 14) and now there is long wheel base (while the difference is small) ,old had a long bonnet that made it difficult to park sometimes, currently turning radius is 4.6 m , lesser than that. it had efi engine and currently there is MPFI, there is DOHC also as Japanese which old cultus lacks , it’s grip and pick is better than older one. U would feel the difference when u will drive.

1st point it use same engine as wagon r

2nd point airbags and immobilizer and Fog lights and allow wheels will cost around 2 lak not more then that then why it's cost 1 lak more

3rd faw V2 has 1.3 89 horsepower compare to 1.0 68 horsepower and have airbags and immobilizer and Fog lights and allow wheels but less expensive even then the base model that is the problem with new cultus and AT variant is so expensive it cost the same as swift or i can put 2 lak more and have a Honda city

that does not make scene even if you count govt. taxes

Cultus has same family engine of k series but more lighter and advance then wagonr..that improve economy and pick.

Bhai honestly speaking, is cultus naam ki cheez ko 15 lac mei dekh kr I would not be surprised if xli is priced at 25 lac... That too will be very much justified in front of this...

Bhar mei gae saray features.... yar cheez to dekho... is ki shakal aur size to dekho aur corolla ko dekho phir.... ab mei kia bolun.
And yes, I test drove it last year when it was launched.... its drive is not even comparable to 2003 or even older corolla let aside newer model. Drice of wagon r and this thing is same... nothing more at all.
