I didn't booked my car. I go for the car available in the showroom, paid the full amount. They said, they will proceed for company invoice. In the meanwhile, they increased the cultus price from 13 lac to 13 lac 40 thousand. They called me and said, your invoice is not processed because they price is increased, so come and pay the amount difference which was 40 thousand. I paid them the 40 thousand difference plus the own. Guess what, even after paying the full amount + own, they didn't deliver me the car on time. That was really disappointing for me. They don't care about the customers.
