Aoa guys
I have booked an Alto top model on 12 Jun 2025 and received a confirmation message from suzuki with the booking number on 18 Jun 2025 and the delivery date is 17 Aug2025.
Now yesterday I received a message from my dealership that I have to pay the difference of taxes 1,87,000 Approx. which are applicable from 1st Jul 2025.
This is leased by Alflah bank.
Is this practical?

I have already done maximum down payment and installments have already been started from 5th Jul and now I am fully packed so, how can I pay almost 2 lac.
And If I cancel the order now the dealership manager says Suzuki will cut 15 to 20%.
Any legal or expert opinion?
Let me share the Screenshot of an email which the dealership manager shared with me saying bookings made between 13 Jun to 30 Jun also have to pay the difference.
