New thailand made bumper vs kabli bumper

Hi,

I have been told my denter that new thailand made bumpers which can be purchased brand new for just RS 5000 is not very good in quality. When it gets hit, it breaks into pieces and can't be fixed.

Whereas, the old used bumpers (kabli) is more robust, it does not break very easily so its better to get that instead of these new bumper.

Anyone has had an experience like that?
