@Djaymx that's what they said. Tyres have multiple layer, it's just the upper layer. It's okay to keep driving.
Nothing might happen, but I don't want to take risks. What if something gets into the cut and make it bigger/burst the tyre. What if I have to drive over stones.
Alignment guy told me that elfy will harden the rubber, keep driving like this. He said if I have to, I should get the cut filled with silicone instead. How much do you people agree with this?
Can it be the reason that there is some issue with the tyre, because of which it has started breaking? If it was a bad tyre, I can confront the tyre shop about it.
