New Tyres got Cuts

I have got new Yokohama tyres installed on my car on March 7. I recently noted some new cuts on the rear right tyre.
Different people said different things. I need an expert opinion about why would this have happened, and how safe it really is to drive with a tyre like this.

Four of these are on the remaining rubber indicators, and one below.

You drive on dirt roads a lot?

@Xulfiqar I drive mostly on Lahore Ring Road, and other than that DHA and Ferozpur Road. You can call ferozpur road dirty.
The parking where I park my car is open and dirty, it's muddy in rain.
I rarely take car home when needed, road to our house, well you won't call it a road, looks like a lake. This road is uneven and some places.

These pictures were taken after a rainy day. Tyres look dirty because of the mud in the parking last day.

Efly on rubber tyre? Should it really be used?
There are multiple cuts, these may be glass cuts, but I don't think so.
If I drive like this, as tyre shop guys, and alignment guys told me, will it not do any further damage?

thats what they will do as i hv experienced something similar once

the excitement of controlling a car at high speed with a burst tire has a very different rush - thats for sure!

There are several layers in these tyres and looks like it is gone deep inside the tread - The lower layers are for structural integrity and the tyre will more likely lose air if it was any deeper. A similar cut was on a friends BR-V (Advan DB's) iirc it was bigger than this and we took the car on motorways up until bhurban without any issues.

I wouldn't worry about it all that much.

@Djaymx that's what they said. Tyres have multiple layer, it's just the upper layer. It's okay to keep driving.

Nothing might happen, but I don't want to take risks. What if something gets into the cut and make it bigger/burst the tyre. What if I have to drive over stones.

Alignment guy told me that elfy will harden the rubber, keep driving like this. He said if I have to, I should get the cut filled with silicone instead. How much do you people agree with this?

Can it be the reason that there is some issue with the tyre, because of which it has started breaking? If it was a bad tyre, I can confront the tyre shop about it.

Again, if you have the money you should replace the tyre for peace of mind.. you would be surprised the kind of tyres that are used on loaders and pickups and construction site work trucks, they have hundreds of these tears and as long as it is holding air they put tons and tons of weight on it and drive on much worse roads. Even our local uber drivers and taxis use tyres that are 90% gone and believe me yours isn't even 10% compared to those who undergo heavy duty work, Like I said it's nothing to worry about.

There is no end to wehm and what if's.

Safety is something on which we should never compromise. Better get new general tires if you don't have the budget to buy Yokohama again.

Thesr small cuts are usual occurrence. Dont worry, the tires seem to be subjected to rough road.

Road tractor and heavy equipment tires have a much stronger build and much higher quality than passenger car tires.

These cuts do appear on imported tires which are old and smuggled. The tires could have re stamped dates on them.

I doubt, since they are not designed this way and the cuts they make have a bigger surface area. The cuts on your tyes are sharp. Something that a stone might have caused.
