New UPS Battery Charging after every 2 hours without power outage

Hello,
I recently bought a new pheonix 200 battery 2 days ago and i am already using a desi SimTek UPS for about 4 years now. UPS works really well haven't needed maintenance for about 2 years now.
The problem is i am observing that the battery is shown fully charged on UPS display and suddenly it starts charging after 2 to 3 hours without giving backup i mean without power outage.
And the battery keeps charging for 45 to 50 minutes and then it shows as fully charge and this is happening for 2 days now.
So is it a concern.? i did performed some checks myself as below.

UPS charging voltage when battery starts charging after 2 to 3 hours was 12.8V dc and it goes upto 14.5V dc right before it stops charging. (its when no power outage happens just ups starts chrging)

Should i get my ups checked for any voltage adjustments?, i was using volta 210 battery before this as it kept over charging so i changed it.

Brother Phonex batteries are reliable. Me use excide and ags from 2008 but not satisfied. Change phonex battery in October 2015.

Belive me only three time I refill water. No complain.

I think your Ups is old , please consult with good ups electration , if problem is in ups , ups reapir or change . If problem in battery, it's possible changed your battery. Battery warranty is 6 months.

Normally ups charged full battery in summer after 2 to 3 hours.

I think your battery has died on you .better to get it replaced with new battery

Dear Your simtek UPS is OK.
There are two reasons for this fault
1-Input voltage too high,so that charging is very fast.
2-Battery capacity is reduced and need to replace the battery
