New vs Used Car

I have over Rs. 10 million with me, i need to buy a car (Sedan or SUV) and i would travel from Lahore to Islamabad but the issue is i have doubts in buying a new car and i need to invest in property as well, is anyone here who can give me some suggestions ??

If it were me i'd buy a brand new yaris 1.3 automatic or city 1.2 cvt both would be under 5 million, and keep the rest for property investment buy brand new and be tension free for the next 6 years while you save up for other investments

If you can find a mechanically clean corolla I think you would be set and have money left over for investments. Buying a new car should give you at least 4 trouble free years of driving (more if its a non suzuki japanese).
