New Wagon R or Used Swift

I want to buy a vehicle for my daily commute and confused in the final decision. I am inclined towards swift due to its wider body and comfort. But my budget is limited to 1100K. I can buy a brand new wagon R in this price range and can also but a used swift.
Issue is the fuel average. I read that swift has very bad average. While this is not an issue for wagon r but wagon r has breaking and traction issue.
Please help me in finalising in car buying decision. Shall I go for used swift? Can I buy a good condition swift in this price range? What would be the minimum average I might get in Swift? If it gives 12, I am ok with it.

Minimum Average is 7-9 if you rev it too high, Swift does not provide good legroom space for rear passengers. Its dashboard looks so ugly, Moreover the old M series engine is not efficient. But Swift has the edge that it has ABS which wagon r lacks. Overall Wagon R is better if you are a calm driver and you mostly drive the car in city below 100km/h.

If your commute is mostly within city the WagonR should be your choice.

If you are in isb, my cousin is selling his first owner swift, suzuki maintained, lies in your budget.
As for comparison, Wagon R is a stable car, i took it to swat from Rawalpindi, highly impressed with it, no issues what so ever, a lovely vehicle.
As for the below 100kmh myth, i kept it upwards of 125 and below 150, no issues at all at any given point.
