New Yamaha Ybr help needed!

AOA!!
guys i have bought my yamaha ybr 125 on 14th july, 2017 and i am very happy with it.. i have read alot about this bike on pw forums and finally made the decision to buy it and stopped honda 125's legacy (kind of) in our family.
I have driven this bike upto 197 km and now i am feeling a strange issue with this bike. My gear feels hard (i have 2013 cd 70 and even its gear feels smooth while shifting) and i am hearing some kind of vibrating noise from the engine and feeling a kind of vibration in my legs (not too much but noticable) and i feel some kind of heat on my right leg when riding the bike for about 20-30 minutes
I am worried about this alot as i have read that bike will not cross 90kmh if you mess up the bike in break in period this is my first bike as my own and i want to fix this issue..
Is there something i am missing in its break-in period and kindly plzz some give me a brief(detailed) guide of yamaha ybr break-in period.. that would be heartly appretiated

Walaykum us salam brother

First of all congrats for buying this beauty & very good decision

For hard shifting nothing is with your bike your bike only clutch needs adjustment in new bike this issue is common & for vibration+heat your bike,s engine is new inside engine parts are making seats & polishing each other these are cause for heating & vibration

Your bike,s engine is new be calm on throttle till 1000km increase speed gradually step by step everything is written in bike,s manual & also don,t forget to change its first oil on 300km use yamalube till 1000km after that use some good quality engine oil like zic etc....

Thanks bro for your reply.. i have got manuals but couldn't find any statement about rpm and speed for 150,500,1000 KM. So it means i don't have to worry about vibration or overheat part,right?
I have heard that if we go above 40km/h even for a second then bike's engine will get damaged and yes this thing is told by the bike's dealer(seller) so i want to be sure about this running issue..
So can you elaborate about running issue and give me some refrence (page # xx) in pdf of bike manuals so i can have a look there.. that would be really great

one last thing as manual says "go to nearest yamaha dealer if you find something wrong in the engine " so is heating of bike after 20-30 minutes and some vibration from engine wrong in a new bike or it will get solved after oil change or tuning, i mean when you guys have bought ybr there were these issues present in break in period and they got solved after tuning or there was no issue at all..
and what about that dealer's threat cause when i go on 5k rpm my bike is on 65 km/h in 5th gear so am i safe even at that speed because manual says stay under 6k rpm?

No problem

There is nothing wrong with your bike,s engine it is written for when some thing unusual heating+vibrations are normal in new bikes all things will be solved on first tuning drive your bike as manual says

If you are so conscious about heating+vibration then change engine oil on 200km with yamalube by doing this heating+vibration will be much more reduced

Brotherum mainay apni bike ka breakin 110km/h or above key speed per chla chla ker complete kiya thaa ALHAMDOLILAH bike abb bhi meray use mein hay 30K+ chal chuki hay nothing wrong with it aor aaj bhi 110km/h per aaraam say jati hay app vaham mat kro sakoon say bike ko enjoy kro take it easy be relaxed & calm down

Thank you so much bro for all the help regarding those manuals and these chimera's of mine which are gone.well, its my first bike and at the age of 16 i don't have alot of experience to bikes maybe that's why i'm too aggressive for it.

Depends on the smell.

If it smells like burning rubber then it might be clutch's friction material or your electric wires might be overheating.

And if it smells like petrol or burning oil then you've a carburetor problem or it could be a leaking oil gasket, in which case your bike should also emit thick black smoke. And if its not emitting smoke then it might be due to a loose oil filter.

Bro must it will be engine oil fault your bike engine will be over heating which brand engine oil you are using??
