Nexen Roadian HTX for fortuner or Japanese tires?

Plz recommend should I go for nexen HT tires for my fortuner 2015 in size 265/65r17
My drive is 90% in city and motorway/gt road
With a yearly visit to northern areas

Nexen tires kind of fit in my budget but if they have bad reviews i will try to avoid them

Or should I spend on premium brands?

i am using PallyKing in Prado 265/70/15. Its over 10K km and they are still brand new like zero meter
