Nissan AD: how to replace engine mounting

I have nissan AD 2007 with 1240cc engine (CR12DE).
Since yesterday, when i put the gear lever to D or R, the engine starts vibrating too much. When i checked this with open bonnet, when D or R is engaged, the engine moves to front side by almost half an inch... Most likely issue is loose or broken rear mounting of engine.
Has anybody got engine mounting of Nissan AD changed?
Just need to know how complex is the job. Do we need to unmount complete engine and fit the mounting or can be done while engine remains fitted?
Another query is that can I drive the vehicle to 20-30 km in this state...to take it to some workshop?

No the engine does not have to come out to replace a mount
It should take 1 hour at max
The engine is supported from the bottom of which ever side the mount is being replaced using jack stands.
Just make sure the mechanic uses a wood block on top of the jack stand
Yes you can drive a car with a bad motor mount just drive it sensibly

I have replaced the engine mountings, but engines is still occasionally vibrating when put to D or R.

Its spark plugs have run for about 70-75k. can they be causing misfiring of some cylinder?
And if yes, won't it be vibrating when even at N or D?

One by one all mounts can be replaced no need to pull the engine off the mounts

There's a cross member beneath engine a straight cross member it holds front and back mount.
That cross member has four circular bushings. Once those Bush get worn out engine starts vibration once transmission is engaged in D or R. Check those. This will hopefully solve your problem.
