Nissan B12 E10 to QG16de swap

Dear pakwheelers,
Another successful project comes to an end.
Swapped a QG16de in a Nissan b12 87 model.

The car had a manual steering and, had no ac in it.

Services given
1) QG16De with RS5F70A manual gear box
2)new radiator of Nissan 98(b14)
3)new condenser of Nissan b14
4)new cooling coil
5)new ac piping
6)power steering conversion
7)fuel tank housing with painted tank
8) new axles
9)new mounts
Car has been brought to life now..

Ac is chilling, so is the steering.
Scanner port is also installed.

Thermostat is installed with auto fans active.

The car had burnt heater core box so had to replace that box and vent pipe to make the blower flow air to the face.

Hydraulic Seems Pretty Good As Cable type Nissans Are Hell Of A Job To Drive...Breaks Cable Too Often..

How You Manage Gauge On QG Electricals Specially In B12/b13. Are They Compatible?

This originally came with hydraulic type but in b11/12, we've space constraints and also availability of clutch paddle as b11/12 never came with hydraulic clutch so incase if you try to fit paddle, it would be alot of welding and cutting.

So response and driving this on wire is also pretty good. Used RS5F70A on my b11 for like 2 years, it was really smooth.

And bro cable gets broken if you use a low quality one, and incase you've bad ground. I remember i had this issue of breaking clutch wire when i had bad ground issue.

After fixing it, alhamdulilah on same cable I used RS5F70A and RS5F30A for like 4 years.

Used manual vss for showing the speed on b12 cluster. Since the car owner doesn't wants to change his b12 cluster.

Rest temperature gauge, goes good.
And secondly fuel gauge used is nissan b12's.

And for the conversion total job cost was around 1lac35k with all parts
And denter work. Since the car had front crossmember damaged due to some accident.

it's Pressure plate which makes you suffer in traffic like karachi...on regular drive its all good

once you get stuck and had to change gear every 15 secs....you are in trouble..literally makes your left leg stronger than right one...

if cable is well lubricated it last good 4-5 years

what kind of mounts change is required to change E series to QG...its not so difficult in E to GA..

price is good considering work done on car.. if one cannot spend on replacing car then its worth it considering you find the donor motor complete with wiring in mint condition

Yes dear brother, the softness im telling you is really softer then hydraulic clutch too.
B12 cable it is hiflex brand which they call Japanese costs around 1350rs. Normal wire is for 500rs.

And honestly speaking the softness is really amazing. I've driven many hydraulic QG's but this wire driven conversion is really good.
