Another good news is that the N16 axles are bolt on fit in B13. So yeah, those are fixed as well and car is on tires now, Alhamdolillah....

Not sure about the "qualities" of those AE92 seats.

I traveled to Lahore and came back the same day (It was my first ever driving of more than 30Km, btw :), and that too via GT Road). And no feelings of a 60 year old "budha". This B13's drive is amazing.

Next time, I was forced to travel on my dad's Kia classic, when that E13 gave up. And I missed the B13 in every aspect. I had that 60 year old feeling even before 30 mins of driving...!!!

So the bottom line (from my side)...... these Nissan seats are good enough for long drive. And he got them looking all good as well.

Read My Comment Again .......In Compare To B13 OEM Seats...The AE92 Ones Are More More Times Better..........And Yes It Do Give Me issues .........You Might Be Lucky And Have Very Nice Seats As Mine Was A MESS...! Gives A Back Pain.....

Those Are S.E Seats With So Many Other options.....Comparing To Base Model Seats They Are Many A Times Better...Have A Ride In Any AE92 S.E Sometime And Give Your Wise Opinion Then.......

Sir I humbly diagree with you at this point. I have used quality material and the seats are re-built on spec, no ustadi is being done that is out of design, if you look keenly to them. Moti seats is waja sey hein key I have used 1" molty foam sheet for filling and 0.5" molty foam sheat for lining, so it is giving that effect.

I have experienced many modifications in cars :). This issue was under discussion for quite a long time. I was of the opinion to find genuine seats for B13 in good condition, but to no avail. After exhausting all options, I opted for rebuilding these seats, and like I do most of my works, I stand all day on the head of the poshish maker to make them, so yes, I know these will last long enough to square the spending, as I have experienced rebuilding my own B13 seats two years back and I was quite happy with them, did travel many lnog long distances on them and never had any problem.

Here are some pics of the process .......

Supreme quality Molty Foam purchased, costing Rs. 800 (1" sheet) x 2, Rs. 400 (0.5" sheet) x 3, Rs. 1500 worth fabric, Rs. 3000 labour for poshish maker, Rs. 250 for samad, Rs. 300 for transporting them from workshop to shop and back to workshop, Rs. 60 for astar, .........

Nah I mean to say that the filling and foaming was done within the original grooves of the seats, that's what I meant to say within specifications..... Most of the poshish makers do their ustadi and change shapes of seats to make them look like new model seats.... in that perspective I was saying that.

yeah I agree with it, but as I said earlier, I could not find its original seats in good condition, and I was not tilted towards alteration for seats as that needs to be done when you are fitting the main bolts for seats and may be you have to make a new housing or two to fix them in, so I was just trying to avoid that.

Also, I did not know about AE92 seats by then, otherwise would have at least a look upon what could be done.... who minds having an "option" added to list to solve the problem

Finally, someone with a favouring line.......

For example, when I was in the midst of deciding which engine to go in, @spectra was of the view that if you put GA, all members will protest outside your home because of the suspense I've created, and now when I bought QG18 he says I spend money unwisely and GA would be a perfect fit.

But, I was straight in my thoughts from day 1, that I would go for QG18DE if it has the 4 row ECU which I have FSMs for, otherwise, go for GA and I acted accordingly.

Anyways, I'm happy with @spectra at least he is there, its enough for me.

Now in whole of the thread you are claiming that you are not a bigli ustaad and you are playing here bijli balls :). If we were to do a GA15 swap, like I did in my B13, we also had to wire that up wire by wire like we did in this QG, so ? That is the sole reason I went for a change this time, like I have to wire both, not this one then ??

And for your kind little information, all B13 came here in Pakistan were with simple meter with 3 needle, one for speedometer, one for temperature and one for fuel. For any rpm meter availalbe in kabari market for B13, you have to strip their wires and wire them up from scratch. So, ? That I also had to do, now what is left that is bothering you ?

No sir, I never want a stamp of approval and I have proved it many times, for instance, like that mechanical fuel pump I knew I was going to install it and it is going to work and it did, never gave trouble after that, be it car was driven only 1200 km after that.

regarding "paisa bara hey" saving some dimes in retrospect is not fruitful my friend. Everything does not into two dyes. Ghuncha once said to me that he bought the engine (QG18DE) from Mushtaq in Rs. 37000, and he end up completing the install in Rs. 109000. I respect your instincts, but your engine detracts from line very soon

Look at the gear side mounting, it has its original bolt from N16 and it is an original mount, be it, it is supported very cleanly with welded plates. What else do you want?

In the end Saqib bhai, yes, you are right in your own shoes, and I'll try to do what suits me best, that's how innovation goes. I have never asked anyone to suggest me which engine to go in, have I ? Have I asked you please help me selecting engine? no, because I knew from start what I was up to, and for that matter have not relied on anybody, I knew I had to do everything myself. Till yet, I have never asked for any help from anyone except that call to Mr. Yousaf, which was also not fruitful as he was naming GA15 mounts and bracket as E15 mounts and braket and we had to sort that out ourselves finally. Take a chill pill and support me in whatever is going on in your own way, don't say awlll is vellllll

Kia yeh dual behavior nahi key you have critized everything you have looked upon and you have never said a word about the things which were done right, in fact, excellent :). For instance, this gear side mount.

Do also remember your criticism on GA engine, uncut wiring and parts availability etc. and also edit the main piost where you have mentioned engine choices because as long it is there u cannot say that you have not asked for opinions on engine. That is on open forum and people will give opinions on them. As long as you are happy with what you are doing iwth your car, it is all fine. We cannot clap around for everything happening according to YOUR will on YOUR car. For me it is over and out from here, yet again.

No matter how well executed your swap is, At the end of the day it will be a B13 with insane money spent on it with an engine parts of whcih are only available in Far Eastern markets because that is where it came from. Only kabariyas of lahore buy scrap from that part of the world, others prefer JDM scrap because Singapore ka maal comes out to be end of life and thrashed, abused in almost all cases especially the front cut cases. A car is cut only when it is deemed unfit for use in that part of the world . I have lived there when B13 was a brand new car so i do know a thing or two about how they work.

and for your info Saqib bhai, my kabaria has so-called three JDM QG18DE lying in his godown, that would serve as a backup for parts, so yeah, don't worry man. Its not end of life and I have not spent insane money, ask @isbcap how much he has paid in total till now for his swap. I'll be floating 5-10k difference above him, and yeah, for that I don't damn care
