Nissan b14 QG18de swap from ethrottle QG16de

Another successful swap comes to an end with all working sensors and a scanner port.

Swap took five days.
Only changed the engine. Gear was same transmission of QG16de.

Car is running perfectly fine with Smooth drive and a roaring QG18de wire driven engine.

Swap took 63k in total..

Wiring was a shortened up wiring. Changed it, got a better loom. Connected it and alhamdulilah it started working good.

B15 doesnt come in Pakistan. Go for B14 or B13.

I only take engines from the scrappies. Rest packages are my own.
So since this was work of car of my own family. I got the engine for 35k without gear exchanging old engine.
Rest mechanic takes 5k.
Electrician takes 4k
Rest power oil, engine oil.

Incase. You're Swapping from some other series.
Mount is changed and
Fuel pump is worth 1k
So these expenses are counted and totaled.

One of my friend's B13 with GA15 has seen its days. Having oil consumption issues and low on compression. Thinking to have a QG18 jdm manual in it. Market is flooded with singapore variants with etb and dual o2. Searching for a clean QG18 with its own manual tranny jdm variant engine 10/10.

Hey bro QG18de has gone very rare in market, the black top QG18de.
I visited mushtaq on this Saturday to find a turbo for my car. So i asked him randomly he said ek dana QG18de aya hai ghodaam mein hain aik aya tha wohi aj hi bik gaya so i would suggest go check with mushtaq, maybe that engine is clean. And if you are unable to find one. Get A QG15de in it. There are too many jdm QG15's in market so many people have them. Clean QG15 is love seriously.
It has great acceleration and economy too.
QG18de is not that economical.
So I'd suggest replace GA15 with QG15. It definitely has more power than GA. So my suggestion is go check mushtaq for QG18de and if not see the Qg15's.

It was a swapped QG16de etb engine. Silver top basically.

And i don't trust anyone
Not mushtaq, not sanab.
I trust my skills.
I pick the engine which is suitable for long running.

You've to basically choose it yourself.
Scrappies are gonna sell u gold, scrappies are gonna sell you scrap. It's you who's to choose the appropriate engine.

And i have swapped 5 QG18's in b11, 12,13,14
And but i got only one 100% brand new engine which was 10/10 so normally u get 8/10 engines they're good too but 10/10 ka apna maza hai.

So it depends on research, availability and your luck.

Actually my friend has tasted GA15 and now wants to get into QG18 thingy. I said him look with yousaf at sultan ka khoo he also has some nice stock of GA and QG always. He wants to get N16 radiator and fans in his B13, i said i will ask you. Do you have any idea that can it fit and what would be the cost.

Well to be honest GA15 and QG15 are. Hell different in power.
They're not same things at all.
And yes yousaf kay paas like 5months ago i visited he had Qr, hr, mr and QG18 too so check with him. Then comes yes you can get the radiator of n16 and its available in chaa sultan waqar autos. Waqar autos has many nose cuts of n16 so in that nose cut there are pretty genuine, un touched radiators. So you can get them from there along with coolant bottle. Everything b13 onwards is available only b12-b11 stuff is unavailable. So u can find anything From there. These guys have huge stock of Nissan body parts.
