Nissan Dayz (2017 model) Water Leakage Problem

For the past 2 weeks I have observed that the radiator water level is very low. Almost empty. Because of winter season, the car doesn't heat up (I assume this is the case). After running for about 20 KMs, I park the car and open its bonnet. To my surprise, water is dripping constantly from middle of the car (where Nissan logo is). There are two big pipes but I'm unable to pinpoint where actually is the leakage because it's very compact and you cannot see clearly unless its front bumper is removed.

Kindly suggest, what is the cause? Is it a radiator problem or engine water body problem?
For either case also suggest where I should go for inspection in Lahore near Bahria Town? Anyone knows reliable shop / mechanic?

Have the radiator and reservoir bottle always filled up with coolant, and have you cooling system checked for any / all leakages (the pipes / hoses, clamps, etc.).

it appears that the hose pipe flange is leaking. You need to visit a workshop for replacement of oem part.

Thanks all for kind and prompt help. My issue is resolved. There is a small hole (crack) in hose pipe (probably due to extreme weather). I've replaced it and now leakage problem is solved.
