Nissan dayz highway star engine oil and transmission oil

My car model is 2014. Can I change engine oil with 20w 50?? And what is the correct oil for my car and also please suggest me for transmission oil.

Bro, which engine oil are you currently pouring? And why do you want to switch to this much thick oil grade?
What's the current Odo reading of your car?

Generally speaking; 0w-20, 5w-20 OR 5w-30, API SN, Fully Synthetic engine oils are best suited for such 660 cc cars.

I am using 20w50 right now. and I am just confused between 5w20 and 5w30. Which is the best suited engine oil

OK. I get it. Actually you said that you wanted to change with 20w-50, so I thought that you are using any oil grade, other than 20w-50.

You haven't mentioned odo reading of your car.

66178 this is odo reading. I used 20W 50 oil by mistake can I drive my car with this oil or should I change the engine oil.

Change it to 0w-20 or 5w-30 oil......total fully synthetic is economical option 5w-30

OK. I get it.

Bro, I would recommend to get rid of this oil grade ASAP, switch to 5w-30, API SN, Fully Synthetic Engine Oil from any well reputed Brand (like Total Quartz 9000 Series; its best value for money) and stick with this grade. Also ensure that the oil you are buying is 100% genuine and original. If possible, go for an engine flush before switching to this new oil grade.

After switching to this oil grade, change engine oil along with genuine OEM recommended oil filter after every 5,000 Kms (The drain interval is ~5,000 Kms)

20w-50 oil grade bzaat e khudd bura nai hai, but aap k engine k liay nai hai. Aap switch kar k daikhein, then share your experience here. Aap ko pick, power, fuel efficiency, mileage, etc. mein wazeh farq nazar aye ga. I.A.
