I am a sunny nissan user for last 12 years, swapped the cars with 1000cc most of the time but have bought a Nissan 86 few months back with QG15 (1500CC) twin cam 16valve engine, the engine was perfectly fine.
However, a few days back it started losing engine power/Rpm while shifting the gear especially in shifting In or from 2nd gear. then it started missing with mild smoke, i had doubt on the idle valve & TPS but still brought another throttle body with sensors and swapped it with the original one. Now when started the engine, it was on higher RPM but no missing or white smoke. and when I checked the old throttle body I came to know that the "idle valve" had been bypassed by putting the cloths and cardboard packing.
inshort i have changed TPS valve position on new throttle body but still the RPM was on higher side and the idle valve was still not working, left it like that in night and next morning when I started the engine, the ECU of the car burnt out. already tested the wiring and coils but no shortcircuit found however the ECU is burnt and now I cannot find another one.
anyone can suggest where i can find the new one or the alternate one. your guidance or suggestion will be well appreciated.
Engine: QG15 (Coil), Manual Transmission
ECU: MEC11-151-A1-6838 (ZP or 7P its not clearly readable).
