Nissan Moco 2007 Very low fuel efficiency & suspension issue

Hello Everyone,

New to PW forum.

Can you recommend a good mechanic or service center in Rawalpindi/Islamabad area. Actually, I have Nissan Moco 2007 (2nd Gen), which gives 11.5 KM/Litre in city area and ~15 KM/Litre on motorway.
All local mechanics in Faisalabad were not able to pin point the issue.
Also car's suspension isn't in good condition. Driven 60000 KM on new engine. (Engine was changed by last owner some years ago).
