Nissan Navara 2018 model Starting pick problem

Aoa everyone. I need a help from your side. I have NISAN NAVARA 2018 model , I imported it from UK. I have changed "engine oil" from TOYATA. Performance was good with no starting pick problem. After this I changed engine oil from"liqui moly".
As I did this car's starting pick has got problem.Car made pick almost after 10 to 15 second.
So , please guide me about any good mechanic of NISAAN NAVARA with proper knowledge or any other trustable workshop who know about it

you didn't mention your city, which oil did you put in? which variant of the navara is it

This is your problem. The car has air in the system, you need to remove that

Salaam probably airlock in diesel systems or ad blue run out and sent car in limp mode.

Did you remove ad blue system or delete ad blue data from car before bringing it on to Pakistan.

I am from Birmingham uk and i am also going to bring this Nissan navara in Pakistan but i will bring top of range model tekna.

How much customs duty cost to bring in Pakistan.
And which agent customs clearance you use.
As i will need someone to clear customs with my Nissan navara.
