Nissan QG15 Acceleration problem

I have nissan sunny 1993 with engine QG15 that comes in 2005 nissan. It runs good at light foot but when i push the paddle it dont response as it should nor the rpm hits the rev limiter while in gear but in neutral it hits the rev limiter. I have changed the Fuel pump. Any idea about the problem.

yes its wired perfectly.. runs perfect on cng too
