In my opinion you need to reconsider your demand.
I am also from Cantt. I have sold mine Same Car model 85 registered 86 having CNG as well @300K. Car was in 100% Geniune paint.
At that time I try everywhere to sell it off more than 300K but not able to do so.
Actually, these models have not in demand, and I faced parts availability issues as well due to old model.
A person going to spent 450,000 will think 1000 times to spend on this vehicle.
If you go to defense main bouleward near kashi restaurant, there is one Petrol Nissan
sunny 93 model 100% rust free and in genuine paint with excellent maroon interior.
That guy willing to give his exceptional car @430,000.
Beside that if we looked for 86-89 shape sunny, they are available @300-375k in full geniune condition.
I am not a buyer but advising you because I was in same position few months back.
