AoA,
I need advise from you guys that i changed engine of B14 which was diesel and changed to 1500cc patrol engine.
I changed complete engine, gear box, wiring, gear box, axle, fuel pump, RPM speedo meter.
1) trouble is that engine goes off while u r driving and it looks patrol is not coming properly.
Mechanic said it is due to fuel pump, he changed thrice, first original nissan but changed, then toyota but changed and now according to him it is from mercedese..
But still facing problem like i am driving and suddenly it stops and sometime start or sometime doesnot get start at all.
2) Due to this fuel pump problem, i couldnt exactly figure out fuel consumption. firstly, mechanic was saying that injectors are fine but suddenly he said after few days that one injector need to be changed but still fuel consumption is 7-8 km/liter, i believe.
3) While driving, it does missing and on AC it takes a load.
4) RPM is abnormal again, mechanic changed meter IC 3 times but still RPM needle goes to high extreme, somtime behave as normal.
5) It looks somthing is abnormal in car and i cannot rely as it can stops anywhere.
Can someone help in this matter.
